Shipping & Return Policy

Orders placed with us are shipped per package or pallet.

The shipping method is calculated based on the volume of the shipment, this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. As a result, the shipping costs of one product may be different than that of another product.

Please note that orders sent by pallet can sometimes have a slightly longer delivery time.

The delivery time per product may differ and that the longest delivery time is always used when ordering multiple products. In certain situations we can choose to divide an order over partial deliveries, this is always indicated on the packing slip. It is also possible that part of an order is sent by pallet and the other part by post, as a result of this it can happen that the order is delivered on different days.

The expected delivery time of products is always stated on the product page.

Returns

Private customers can always claim the right of withdrawal and can therefore always return products without stating a reason. Please note that due to the nature of the products and the large volume they take, we do not reimburse the return costs.

For business customers it generally means that they are bound by the purchase agreement and therefore have a purchase obligation. As a result, it is not standard that we accept returns of business orders without consultation. In the event that this is agreed, costs may be charged for this. If there are defective products in the delivery, these will of course be sent to you free of charge.

Non-chemical products can be returned in certain cases, but do this first in consultation with us. If shipments are returned to us without communication, we will generally not accept them. Please note that the costs for returning are for your own account

Please note that for products that are returned that have a seal and this seal is broken, we cannot accept them back.
